Solving Unattend.xml “Windows could not parse or process the unattend answer file for pass specialize“

Hi Guys  back to the old Windows XP OSD deployment error  times? Don’t worry!!

This article applies to ALL W 8/8.1 /2012/ Versions

How to troubleshoot this error?

VMware_Windows_could_not_parse_or_process_the_unattend_answer_file_for_pass_specialize_1

You Will see that the machine full restarts again and again ,

So in this moment press F8 Key

and go C:\Windows\Panther\UnattendGC and look for file called setuperr.log, use notepad or copy it to a USB stick and watch wich error you must solve
