Whenever you have this problem in Veeam, there is an easy way to resolve

Correct the following value in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters

Maxuserport : REG DWORD value must be in decimal 65534
